This notice explains how NathyTour Turismo handles data sent through the website to answer transfer enquiries.

Data and purpose

We may receive your name, phone, email, origin, destination, date, passenger count, return-trip preference and other trip details. We use them to understand the route, check availability, send a quote and continue the conversation through your chosen channel.

Channels and providers

If you choose WhatsApp, the data is sent to WhatsApp and its policies apply. If you choose email, the enquiry is sent to the agency inbox through Resend and the supplied email is used for replies.

Retention and rights

We keep data for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and meet legal duties. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable or objection by emailing [email protected].

Analytics, cookies and security

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit and performance metrics. It does not use cookies, local storage, fingerprinting or individual profiles. We do not use advertising cookies. The site's local storage only remembers language and necessary interface preferences. We apply reasonable safeguards and update this policy when the service changes.
